    • European equity markets are set for a mixed-to-lower open amidst mixed markets in Asia Wednesday. Hang Seng leading China market losses while Japan, Korea and Taiwan extending gains and Australia trading flat. S&P 500 futures unchanged afterhours.

    • Market remains highly sensitive to geopolitical developments with latest reports noting Trump weighing whether to participate in strikes against Iranian nuclear facilities, including Fordow facility buried deep underground. Trump wrapped up National Security Council meeting Tuesday after earlier calling for Iran's 'unconditional surrender.'

    • Back in Europe, Riksbank interest rate decision at 9:30CET with press conf at 11:00. Mixed views as to whether there will be a (25bps) cut in the 2.25% benchmark interest rate at this meeting. Other central bank events today include ECB's Elderson speech at 9:30CET at SRB Legal Conf, with Machado a panellist at 9:50, and Donnery speech at 9:35 at Credit Management Summit. BOE's David Bailey speech at 9:00BST at Risk.net Live Europe. Bank of Spain's Escrivá speaks/interview/Q+A at 10:45CET, Bank of France's Villeroy 11:30, Netherlands central bank's Knot 12:15 and Bank of Italy's Panetta 15:00, the central bankers then joined by Bundesbank's Nagel for a panel at 16:30CET at OPGE conf.     • In UK, there's PMQs at 12noon BST, whilst committee topics include rail investment pipelines: ending boom and bust 9:15, National Wealth Fund 14:15 and airport expansion and climate and nature targets 14:30. In Germany, in the afternoon, Chancellor Merz will meet with the state premiers for his regular meeting. A joint press conf. is planned afterward.     • Macro data due include UK May CPI/RPI, Eurozone and Austria May final CPI.

    • A light earnings front sees VINCI (DG.FP) reporting May airport passenger traffic +5.3% and OVS (OVS.IM) reporting Q1 adj EBITDA €28.1M vs FactSet €27.9M. Airbus (AIR.FP) will present new dividend policy in 08:00 CET business update.
