    • European equity markets are set to open mixed with Asian equities trading also mixed Thursday. Nikkei pulling back from record high with losses also picking up in Korea and Taiwan. Hang Seng erased initial gains with Tencent off best levels. Financials driving rebound in Australia following latest bank earnings. Taiwan and Korea little changed. S&P 500 futures touch lower afterhours. Front-end JGB yields moving higher alongside yen after Bessent voiced expectation of BOJ rate hike. Treasuries little changed. Dollar muted outside yen cross. Crude edging higher while gold flat. Bitcoin extended gains to new record high.

    • On today's agenda, in central banks, Norges Bank interest rate decision announced at 10:00CET, with no change expected in the 4.25% benchmark interest rate. The decision on the countercyclical capital buffer rate will be published at the same time. Governor Ida Wolden Bache speaks at 10:30 at Arendal Week

Out of the Nordics, Embracer Group (EMBRAC.B.SS) reported Q1 adj. EPS (SEK0.69) vs FactSet SEK0.66 and now sees FY adj. EBIT of at least SEK 1.0B vs FactSet SEK 2.37B. Still in the Nordics, H. Lundbeck (HLUN.B.DC) increased its FY 2025 adjusted EBITDA growth guidance yesterday after the close. Zealand Pharma (ZEAL.DC) released Q2 numbers and confirmed its FY guidance. In the UK, Aviva (AV.LN), Antofagasta (ANTO.LN), Admiral Group (ADM.LN), are expected to update the market with their latest earnings.
