    • US equities ended mostly lower Thursday, though downside very modest coming off a notable rally in Wednesday's trading. S&P snapped four straight days of gains, while Nasdaq lost its three day winning streak

    • The ECB cut key interest rates by 25 bps to leave the deposit rate at 3.75%, as expected. Said updated assessment, dynamics of underlying inflation and strength of monetary policy transmission made it appropriate to moderate degree of policy restriction

    • In central banks, Bundesbank releases latest semi-annual forecasts at 8:30CET and Nagel is a panellist at 9:00 at conf. organised by Money and Currency Foundation. Austria Central Bank's economic forecasts at 10:00CET, speakers include governor Holzmann. ECB's Schnabel panellist at 10:00CET at event at the Federal Ministry of Finance in Berlin and ECB's Lagarde participates at 16:15CET at event organised by Fondation Maurice Allais in Paris. Portugal Central Bank releases its latest economic bulletin.
