In UK, there's the last weekly PMQs at 12noon GMT before parliament breaks for the Christmas holidays, whilst committee topics include Railways Bill at 9:15, and revisiting the nuclear roadmap at 15:00. EU-Western Balkans summit, EU's von der Leyen and Kallas, Chancellor Merz among the participants

    • In central banks, SNB releases its latest quarterly report at 15:00CET. Greece's IOBE publishes 2026 economic estimates for 2026 (livestream) at 16:00CET.
