Asian equities mixed Thursday. Japan pulling back following record-setting streak. Greater China also lower, extending Wednesday pullback after regulators raised minimum margin requirements. BOK left policy rate unchanged at 2.50% as expected in a unanimous decision. TSMC profit surges to record, beating estimates amid strong AI demand.
Back in Europe, focus on luxury sector as Richemont (CFR.SW) reports better than expected Q3 sales, with Jewellery Maison driving the beat. Sales were up 11% at constant rates vs consensus +8.0%, with Jewellery +14% vs consensus +10.5%
