Synopsis
European indcies are set to open higher as Asian equities trade mostly higher. South Korea, Japan and Taiwan outperforming with memory majors, SoftBank and TSMC among the drivers. Greater China mixed with Hong Kong higher while mainland China lower with semis under pressure.
US equities finished higher in Thursday trading, ending not far from best levels. Semis/memory were stronger; big tech was mostly higher (with MSFT the standout).
US and Iran reportedly reached agreement on MoU that will extend ceasefire by 60 days for negotiations on contentious issues like nuclear program.
In Central Banks: BOE's Bailey speech at 9:20BST. Dubrovnik Economic Conf (through Sun) sees Croatia central bank's Vujčić deliver introductory remarks at 9:30CET on Sat (30th).
