BNY collects fees from DR holders pursuant to the terms and conditions of the DRs and any deposit agreement under which they are issued.  From time to time, BNY may make payments to an issuer to reimburse and/or share revenue from the fees collected from DR holders, or waive fees and expenses to an issuer for services provided, generally related to costs and expenses arising out of establishment and maintenance of the DR program.  BNY may pay a rebate to brokers in connection with unsponsored DR issuances; brokers may or may not disclose or pass back some or all of such rebate to the DR investor.  BNY may also use brokers, dealers or other service providers that are affiliates and that may earn or share fees and commissions.

Australian bond yields up 1-2 bp ahead of CPI and Bullock's testimony. Treasuries slightly weaker at the front end overnight. FX markets steady after dollar rebounded against majors. Crude flat after retreating below $100 amid pickup in Middle East diplomacy. Gold and silver unchanged. Bitcoin flat.

    • Positive leads for Asian AI following another rally in US semis/memory socks that saw SOX close up another 4%. Oracle announced it will make available Cerebras inferencing options in its data centers. Also announced collaboration agreements with Google (TPUs), Nvidia (Vera Rubin to OCI), and OpenAI (enterprise computing). Also focus on Broadcom finalizing $63B debt financing package to fund TPU chip procurement for Anthropic.Upcoming earnings from Alphabet, Microsoft and Amazon shape as next catalysts for AI trade. SK Hynix to report full Q3 results this morning.

    • On macro front, RBNZ expected to hike official cash rate (OCR) by 25 bp to 3.00%. Previews note statement expected to reiterated readiness to raise OCR further depending on economic outlook. Australian September and Q3 CPI forecast to show pickup in inflation following rise in market-implied odds of an RBA rate hike in November. Ahead of the data RBA Governor Bullock will appear before a parliamentary committee. FOMC the main event later on Wednesday with a hold decision widely expected.
